Our Visionary Founders: Dr. Keith and Sheila Chappelle
Meet Our Founders
Dr. Keith Chappelle has over forty years of experience in the financial services industry. He currently serves as a National Sales Director, overseeing thirty-six offices across the Midwest. He manages an agency of over seven hundred agents across twelve states and holds FINRA Series 6, 63, 26, and 65 licenses. As a Registered Investment Advisor, Keith has been recognized as an MVP and Top Producer and earned his company's highest honor, the Wall of Fame. Recently, he was featured in USA Today's 2023 Black History Edition for Excellence in Family Finance and received the 2022 Men of Influence Award for Excellence in Service and Leadership.
Keith also contributed to the Young Moviemakers of America's documentary, "Dallas Gentrification," and founded Family Wealth Builders USA, a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching families how to build and pass on generational wealth. His financial literacy program has reached schools, churches, and small businesses, culminating in a formal awards dinner attended by over four hundred people last year.
Raised in Inglewood, California, Keith graduated from the University of Iowa in 1981 with a BA in Business Marketing. At Iowa, he was a record-setting wide receiver and All-American before being drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the NFL. In August 2023, he received an honorary Doctorate in Ministry from West Coast Bible College & Seminary.
Keith and his wife Sheila have four adult children and reside in the Duncanville/Cedar Hill area of Dallas County, where they also maintain an office.

Outreach, managing events, and implementing the organization's vision. JWayne has provided management assistance and hospitality to various art

She also plays a crucial role in the Healthy Housing Foundation, which aims to provide 10,000 affordable housing units across the United States. Anita's expertise includes employee and labor relations, organizational development, talent acquisition, change management, and compensation/benefits administration. She is actively involved in various initiatives promoting leadership, confidence, and health equity in the community. In her spare time, she volunteers in the community and at her church, where she has been a volunteer for over 21 years. Cheryl has worked in the non-profit industry for over 25 years and has traveled to Guatemala and Peru on mission trips, which she found enjoyable and extremely rewarding. Cheryl currently holds a life insurance license for the State of Texas, as well as a Series 6 & 63 securities license. Her life goal is to empower and educate her community about the magic of compound interest.
